TRUMP CRUSHES JUDGE JAMES ROBART NATIONWIDE HALT ORDER ON 7 MUSLIM COUNTRIES BAN, FILES EMERGENCY REQUEST TO BLOCK JUDGE
On Friday, federal Judge James Robart ruled that the President Trump’s immigration executive order on extreme vetting for immigrants and refugees from seven Muslim countries would be stopped nationwide effective immediately. The judge was appointed by former President George Bush in 2003 but obviously left-leaning, like showing support for Black Lives Matter. According to a video posted to Twitter, Robart can be seen saying that “black lives matter” in a court hearing in August 2016.
“At the earliest possible time, the Department of Justice intends to file an emergency stay of this outrageous order and defend the executive order of the President, which we believe is lawful and appropriate,” White House press secretary Sean Spicer said in a statement. “The president’s order is intended to protect the homeland and he has the constitutional authority and responsibility to protect the American people.”
