Army quarterback Ahmad Bradshaw scored on a nine-yard run with six minutes remaining to give the Black Knights the lead.
After Army led by two touchdowns at halftime, Navy came storming back in the second half.
Navy quarterback Zach Abey ran for two touchdowns in the second half, first right out of the gate in the third quarter and then again early in the fourth quarter — this time on a 41-yard run — to give the Midshipmen a 17-14 lead.
