NORTH CAROLINA – Governor Pat McCrory has declared a state of emergency in Charlotte after a man was shot in the head by a civilian during second night of riot following the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott by a black cop.
CNN reporter Ed Lavandera was hit by a Black Lives Matter protester after a riot erupted in Charlotte, NC. The violent protest is in response to the fatal police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott.
Rioters were looting, burning and ripping people out of their cars. Protesters looted the Time Warner Cable Arena, which is the home of the NBA’s Charlotte Hornets. They also looted the NASCAR Hall of Fame, a Buffalo Wild Wings and a Westin, according to the Charlotte Observer. A white man begs for mercy as thugs beat him up in a parking garage .

It was reported today that a dash cam video shows Keith Scott holding a weapon – not a book his supporters insist.
